Finland has lots of open land and a cool climate - perfect for data center development. The data center is located on the North Western side of Frankfurt, approx. 5km from Frankfurt's city border and 15km from the city center. The location can be reached directly by public transport connection (S-bahn) within 25 minutes from Frankfurt Central Station (Frankfurt Hbf). The distance to the International Airport is 20 kilometers.
The "German Engineered" highly secured state-of-the-art data center will be built per the "Blue Angel" principles which set the highest standards in terms of efficiency and sustainability in Germany. The facility offer a private suite (1.25MW) and cage ( >250kW
PHILIPPINES

The site is located 45 miles south of the metro Manila center and have superior telecommunication infrastructure with access to lit/dark fiber with submarine cable termination points nearby. In addition, LISP IV is a proclaimed Philippine Economic Zone Authority Park, which grants tax incentives for PEZA-registered locators.

The site(s) is located near the Bulgarian border (165 km from Sofia) and
80km from NATO military missile shield.
It's one of the most seismically stable areas of the country with avg. Low -3 to 19, and high 3 - 31.
Cross-roads between high-pressure gas ring and high voltage electricity network, enablaing on-site gas generation and HV grid connection.
Approx 1.19 PUE on avarage and close to backbone of major fibre infrastructure linking Romanis to the rest of Europe: EXA-Infra, EuroWeb, Prime Telecom etc. Least but not least, the government provides tax breaks for this industry.
