The site is located in eastern Finland. The municipality has a population of 52,121 and covers an area of 3,229.57 sq km. Finland has lots of open land and a cool climate - perfect for data center development. In addition, the site offers 100% renewable energy to continuously improve sustainability and meet today's market requirements.

The data center is located on the North Western side of Frankfurt, approx. 5km from Frankfurt's city border and 15km from the city center. The location can be reached directly by public transport connection (S-bahn) within 25 minutes from Frankfurt Central Station (Frankfurt Hbf).
